【摘要】 介绍了聚乳酸纤维/棉纤维混纺织物的烧毛、退煮漂、丝光和定形工艺;采用中性固色活性染料/分散同浴染聚乳酸(PLA)棉/混纺织物,介绍了染料的选择、染色工艺处方及流程,并就染色操作中的注意事项进行了探讨。实践证明,在中性条件下染色,可避免PLA不耐碱的缺点,缩短染色时间,节约成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the singeing,desizing,scouring,bleaching,setting,one bath reactive/disperse dyeing of PLA/cotton blended fabric,owing to fixing reactive dyes at neutral bath.Dye selection,dyeing recipe and technological process are discussed in detail,matters for attention are put forward.Results show that neutral dyeing exert little damage to PLA fiber as it is sensitive to alkali,and the dyeing cycle is shortened.更多还原
