分光光度法测定Sb2O3含量
Content determination of Sb2O3 by Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 在酸性溶液中,Sb3+可与K I抗-坏血酸发生灵敏的显色反应,生成稳定的黄色络合物。该显色反应具有良好的选择性和稳定性,且所生成的络合物在423 nm处存在最大吸收峰,可用分光度法进行Sb2O3的定量测定。试验发现,Sb2O3浓度在0~26 mg/L符合比耳定律,其回归方程为y=0.031 7x+0.004 9,相关系数R2为0.999 8,相对标准偏差为0.05%~0.75%,加标回收率为99.40%~100.17%。该法简便、快速,准确、可靠,适用于大批量样品的检测。
【Abstract】 In acid solution,Sb3+ reacts with KI-Ascorbic acid sensitively to form a yellow complex with a maximum absorption peak at 423nm.The reaction has excellent selectivity and stability.The working curve is y=0.0317x+0.004 9,and R2 is(0.999 8.)The precision of this method is between 0.05 % and 0.75 %,and the recovery rate is between 99.40 % and (100.17 %.)This testing method features simple,rapid,accurate and reliable, and suitable for large amount of sample testing.
