人大脑桥静脉贴段管壁结构不对称性

【摘要】 目的观察大脑桥静脉贴段管壁组织学特征,为探讨桥静脉在脑血液循环中的调控作用以及手术中如何分离桥静脉提供形态学基础。方法正常人大脑标本5例,共计41支桥静脉,进行HE染色及丽春红-维多利亚蓝组合染色法后,在光学显微镜下观察。结果桥静脉贴段管壁未见完整平滑肌层;桥静脉贴段硬脑膜侧管壁较厚,弹性纤维形成细网,胶原纤维分布密集,与硬脑膜结合紧密。桥静脉贴段蛛网膜侧管壁较薄,少见蓝色的弹性纤维,有排列较松散的红色胶原纤维。结论桥静脉贴段管壁外膜结构不对称,可能对大脑静脉血回流的调控作用不同;桥静脉贴段硬脑膜侧管壁与硬脑膜结合紧密,不易分离,手术分离桥静脉贴段,可适当的切开该段管壁旁的硬脑膜。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate histological configuration of the dural segment of the cerebral bridging vein(BV)so as to provide morphological foundation for bridging vein’s control of the blood circulate and how to isolate the BV during surgery. Methods A total of 41 cerebral bridging veins were sampled from 5 cadavers , then stained with HE and Ponceau′s-Victoria blue, and then observed under light microscope. Results The dural segment of the human BV had two layers: tunica intima and tunica adverticia. There wasn′t suffer membrane. The dural side of the BV had a thick tunica adverticia which merged with the dural mater and contained not only abundant collegen fibres but also some elastic fibres, whereas the arachnoid side of the BV had a thin tunica adverticia and no elestic fibres. Conclusion The results of this study demonstrate asymmetric histological features of the dural segment of the human bridging vein’s tunica adverticia, and this may have dissimilitude control of the bridging veins blood refluence. The tunica adverticia on the dural side is firmly fused with the dural mater , when the surgeon want to isolate the dural segment of the BV, they can appropriately cut the dura mater near the wall of the BV.
