缓释氟尿嘧啶局部植入在乳腺癌中的治疗作用

【摘要】 目的探讨缓释氟尿嘧啶局部植入在乳腺癌中的治疗作用。方法应用TUNEL法及免疫组化SP法分别检测治疗组和对照组的乳腺癌细胞的凋亡指数、增殖细胞核抗原和微血管密度的表达。结果治疗组肿瘤细胞凋亡指数与对照组相比明显增高(P<0·01);治疗组肿瘤细胞增殖细胞核抗原及微血管密度与对照组相比明显降低(P<0·05);治疗组和对照组肿瘤细胞凋亡指数与增殖细胞核抗原的阳性表达均呈负相关(P<0·05);治疗组无明显的化疗不良反应。结论缓释氟尿嘧啶的局部化疗能诱导乳腺癌肿瘤细胞发生凋亡,并能抑制乳腺癌肿瘤细胞的增殖及微血管生成。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of intrutumoral chemotherapy using sustained releasing fluorouracil for breast cancer. Methods Apoptosis index of tumor cells were assayed using TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen and microvessel density was examined using immunohistochemical method. Results The Tumor cell AI was significantly higher in the intratumoral chemotherapy group than in the control group(P<0.01), while PCNA and MVD positive expression was rate significantly lower in the intratumoral chemotherapy group than in the control group(P<0.05). There was a significant negative association between AI and PCNA in both the intratumoral chemotherapy and control groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Intratumoral chemotherapy of sustained releasing Fluorouracil can induce tumor cell apoptosis and inhibit tumor cell proliferation and the growth of microvessel in human breast cancer.
