【摘要】 目的观察芸香苷(Ru)静脉输注给药对实验性急性胰腺炎(AP)的干预作用。方法3%牛磺胆酸钠(STC)逆行胆胰管注射诱导大鼠AP模型,取胰头部位做病理学检查,测腹水量、胰腺系数、血清和腹水淀粉酶。结果Ru15、30、60mg/(kg·h)三个静脉输注剂量组可不同程度降低AP大鼠血清和腹水中淀粉酶活性,减少腹水量,降低胰腺系数,减轻胰腺组织水肿、坏死、炎症及空泡形成,明显改善胰腺的病理组织学变化。结论Ru静脉输注对实验性AP都具有一定治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of intravenous infusion of rutoside (Ru) on experimentalacute pancreatitis (AP).Methods The AP model in rats was induced by retrograde injection of3% sodiumtauro-cholate into biliopancreatic duct. Ru at 15,30,60 mg/(kg·h) was administered by intravenous infusion for 6hours immediately after the induction of AP. The histopathological changes of pancreas were observed under micro-scope. Serum amylase, pancreatic weight, ascitic volume and amylase concentration in ascites in rats were deter-mined.Results Ru at15,30,60 mg/(kg·h) decreased the level of serum amylase and the amylase concentra-tion in abdominal liquor in AP rats by different degrees. Ru-treated groups significantly decreased the coefficient ofpancreas, ascites, interstitial edema and ameliorated inflammatory celluler infiltration.Conclusion Ru has certaintherapeutic effects on experimental AP by intravenous infusion.更多还原
