ZN-17黏弹材料动态阻尼特性实验研究及其数据拟合分析
An Experimental Study and Fitting Analyses of Dynamic Damping Property for ZN-17 Visco-Elastic Material
【摘要】 基于对温度、频率和动态位移的扫描实验,研究了ZN-17黏弹材料损耗因子和复模量随温度、频率和动态位移变化的规律,并根据实验结果拟合了材料损耗因子和储能模量的数学表达式,误差分析表明此表达式能较准确地反映在不同温度、不同频率和不同动态位移下的动态阻尼特性。
【Abstract】 The scan tests of temperature,frequency and dynamic displacement are conducted to investigate evolutions of the loss factor and the complex modulus under different temperature,frequency and dynamic displacement.Mathematical expressions for the loss factor and the storage modulus are fitted by using the experimental data.Error analysis results show that dynamic damping properties can fairly exactly be described by the expressions under different temperature,frequency and dynamic-displacement.
