磷酸铝系透波复合材料的力学性能与介电性能研究
The Mechanical and Dielectrical Properties of Aluminum Phosphate Matrix Composite
【摘要】 文摘研究了高硅氧增强磷酸铝系复合材料的力学性能及P/A l摩尔比、成型压力和测试频率对其介电性能的影响。结果表明:当P/A l摩尔比等于1时,材料的力学性能最佳,其弯曲强度达到107 MPa;当P/A l摩尔比小于1.1,使用频率在3 MHz以上时,材料体系具有良好的介电性能,介电常数小于4.1,介电损耗小于0.03;提高成型压力将使介电常数略微上升;介电性能的频率特性表明极化弛豫普适关系适用于这一材料体系。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of high silica glass cloth reinforced aluminum phosphate and the effect of P/Al molar ratio,processing pressure and test freguency on its dielectrical properties are studied.The results show that the composite has the best mechanical property with flexural strength of 107 MPa when P/Al molar ratio is 1;this composite has good dielectrical properties with dielectrical constant of less than 4.1 and dielectrical loss tangent of less than 0.03 when P/Al is <1.1 and testing frequency is > 3 MHz;increased processing pressure would raise the dielectric constant a little;the frequency dependence shows that this composite follows the universal relation in the frequency range 1.0 kHz to 3 MHz.
