石英/GW-300复合材料介电性能研究
Study on Microwave Dielectric Properties of SiO2/GW-300
【摘要】 制备了石英/GW-300复合材料,并对其进行了热性能、电性能等方面的测试。结果表明,材料在氮气下的分解温度为543℃;分子结构中的较大的自由体积使得材料具有优良的介电性能,其介电常数为3.33。石英/GW-300复合材料可望满足高速飞行器宽频带天线罩的要求。
【Abstract】 The composite material is prepared by moulding with the matrix of polyimide(PI).The thermo-mechanical and electrical properties are measured,which indicate that the initial thermal decomposition temperatures of the material is 543℃ in nitrogen.The polyimide composites show also good dielectric properties with dielectric constants of 3.33 at 1 kHz frequency,mainly because of the large free volume in the molecular structures.All the properties make them great potential candidates for advanced radome in aerocraft applications.
