扩招形势下高校课堂秩序失范的成因与对策——以自己的课堂实践为个案
Causes for and countermeasures against classroom disorder of colleges under the situation of enlarging enrollment
【摘要】 高校扩招后,许多地方高校都不同程度地存在着“课堂秩序失范”的现象。分析了造成这种现象的多种原因,并结合自己的教学实践,提出了若干对策和一整套课堂纪律行为规范。
【Abstract】 after colleges and universities enlarge enrolment,there exist the phenomenon of "classroom disorder" in many colleges and universities.This paper analyses the causes for this and in combination with the teaching practice,puts forward some countermeasures and a set of classroom discipline behaviour norms.
