【摘要】 目的使用改进特尔菲专家咨询法建立一套科学、合理、可行的食品卫生国家标准的评价指标体系,规范食品卫生标准的修订和制订,促进食品卫生标准对人群健康的保护,增强其对国民经济发展的积极作用。方法改进的特尔菲专家咨询法进行2轮专家咨询,SPSS12.0分析数据。结果建立了一个具有3级指标的评价体系,其中1级指标3项,2级指标12项,3级指标21项。结论指标的体系比较全面,但尚需要完善,指标的可操作性、指标权重的稳定性和合理性还待进一步验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To set up a set of scientific, rational and applicable evaluating index system for food sanitation national standard, so as to standardize the process of construction and modification for standards of food sanitation, and promote the application of standards of food sanitation in people’s health protection and national economic development. Methods Improved Delphi method was used to collect data, SPSS 12.0 was used to analyze the data from twice specialist consultation. Results A set of evaluation indicator system with three grades is constructed, which include 3 indexes in first grade, 12 indexes in second grade, and 21 indexes in third grade. Conclusion The evaluating index is omni-directional, but the applicability of the indexes, stability and rationality of the indexes weights need more test. Further modification is needed for the final set of indexes.更多还原
