氧化铁在硼砂熔盐中溶解度研究
Solubility of Fe2O3 in Molten Salts of Borax
【摘要】 采用等温饱和法分别测定900,1 000,1 100℃温度下Fe2O3在三种不同Na2CO3配比的硼砂熔盐中的溶解度。通过两因素三水平正交试验分析,研究Fe2O3在硼砂熔盐体系(Na2B4O7-Na2CO3)中的溶解度与熔盐成分和温度的关系。结果表明,wNa2CO3是影响溶解度的主要因素,wNa2CO3的增加与温度的提高有利于Fe2O3的溶解。随着温度的升高,Fe2O3的溶解度增大,但温度影响显著性相对较小。在1 100℃,wNa2CO3为20%时,其溶解度可达35%以上。
【Abstract】 The solubility of Fe2O3 at temperatures of 900 ℃,1 000 ℃,and 1 100 ℃ in three kinds of molten salts of borax with different Na2CO3 proportion has been determined respectively by isothermal saturation method in this paper.Through 2-factor 3-level orthogonal design,the relationships between the solubility of Fe2O3 in molten salts of borax and the composition of the molten salt and temperature are studied.The results show that the content of Na2CO3 is the major factor that affects the solubility of Fe2O3.As temperature increases,the solubility of Fe2O3 increases,but the extent of temperature effect is relatively small.When the content of Na2CO3 is 20%,the solubility of Fe2O3 is greater than 35% at 1 100 ℃,which is sufficient for the need of iron extraction from the molten salt.
