【Abstract】 The effects of microcystin-LR on inducing Epstein-Barr virus early antigen(EBV-EA) are studied,and the expression of EBV-EA is activated by means of immunoenzymatic techniques.It is found that microcystin-LR not only induces the expression percent of EBV-EA but also markedly increases the expression percent of EBV-EA when in cooperation with tumor promoter such as n-butyrate,croton oil and 12-o-tetradecanoyl-phorbol-13-acetate(TPA).更多还原
