冷轧乳化废水的破乳及油水分离研究
Demulsification and Removal of Oil from Rolling Emulsion
【摘要】 通过实验,选取明矾为无机破乳剂、聚丙烯酸(PAA)为有机絮凝剂处理冷轧乳化废水,分别考察明矾和PAA在破乳除油过程中的作用,其中明矾主要起凝聚破乳作用,PAA主要起吸附架桥作用。最佳处理条件是:明矾和PAA的投加量分别为1.0,0.4 g/L,不调废水的pH值,废水温度为60℃。在此条件下,油去除率高达99.3%,分离后的油以浮油的形式浮于水面,可回收利用,下清液澄清透明。
【Abstract】 Alum is used as demulsifier and polycrylic acid(PAA) as flocculant in treating rolling emulsion,and their roles are investigated.It is found that the primary function of alum is demulsification and that of PAA adsorbing and bridging.The optimal treatment condition is: the dosing of alum and PAA is 1.0,0.4 g/L,respectively;the pH value of rolling emulsion is unadjusted;the temperature is 60 ℃.After the treatment,the removed oil that floats on the surface can be recycled,the spare liquor is clear and transparent,and the deoiling efficiency can reach 99.3%.
