高碳钢线材组织与性能预报模拟软件的开发
Development of Simulation Software for Predicting Microstructure and Properties of High Carbon Steel during Wire Rolling
【摘要】 为便于研究高速线材轧制过程中的工艺参数与组织、力学性能之间关系,在物理冶金学原理基础上,开发了针对现场生产的模拟软件。该软件可计算轧制过程中轧件温度的变化、微观组织的演变和最终的力学性能。工业应用结果表明,计算结果与实测结果吻合较好。
【Abstract】 Based on the physical metallurgical theory,the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties depending on the process parameters were modeled in the wire rolling of high carbon steel.A simulation software is developed according to the actual rolling condition for identifying the relationship between operation parameters and properties,which can calculate the temperature distribution,microstructural grain size variation and final mechanical properties.The application of software to industry indicates the calculating result is in good agreement with the measurement.Easy to use and maintain,the software can greatly save time and cost,and will prove to be an aid in the wire production of high carbon steel.
