武钢热轧厂精轧线飞剪及E辊道主干数字化改造
Digital Transformation of Crop Shear and E Table Master in Hot Strip Mill of WISCO
【摘要】 对精轧飞剪及E辊道主干系统进行数字化改造,采用PLC实现了精轧飞剪的剪切方程、飞剪定位、飞剪逻辑联锁、E辊道逻辑联锁和E辊道速度切换等功能。实际应用表明,该系统改造后的运行效果良好。
【Abstract】 The crop shear and E table master control in the finisher of Hot Strip Mill, WISCO, are transformed digitally. With the use of PLC, such functions as cut equation, crop shear orientation, logic lock of crop shear and E table, speed switch of E table have been realized. The system has been in sound operation after the transformation.
