碳纳米管冷阴极材料制备及其场发射性能研究
Synthesis and Field Emission Properties of Carbon Nanotubes Cold Cathode Materials
【摘要】 在场发射显示器技术领域,碳纳米管被认为是目前最有前途的场发射冷阴极材料之一。碳纳米管具有低的场发射阈值电场,高的发射电流密度使它们比传统的热阴极材料以及其他的场发射冷阴极材料更适于实际的技术应用。介绍了碳纳米管的制备方法和场发射原理,并对碳纳米管的场发射性能研究进行了综合的评述。
【Abstract】 Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) have been thought as one of the most promising cold cathode materials of electron field emitters in field emission display(FED).CNTs have a very low threshold electric field for field emission and a high emission current density which will make them be more apt to technological applications than common hot cathode materials and other field emission cold cathode materials.This paper describes the current research on synthetic techniques,field emission mechanism of CNTs and reviews the field emission properties of CNTs.
