[Bi0.5(Na1-xAgx)0.5]1-yBayTiO3系压电陶瓷研究
Studies of [Bi0.5(Na1-xAgx)0.5]1-yBayTiO3 Lead-free Piezoelectric Ceramics
【摘要】 用Ag+和Ba2+部分取代(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3(BNT)基无铅压电陶瓷的A位离子,获得了一类具有钙钛矿结构的新型无铅压电陶瓷体系,并申请了国家发明专利。该体系压电陶瓷的分子式可用[Bi0.5(Na1-xAgx)0.5]1-yBayTiO3表示。当x=0.06,y=0.06时,该压电陶瓷的压电常数d33为168 pC/N,机电耦合系数kp为0.31;掺入适量锰离子可将该陶瓷的机械品质因数Qm提高到160以上,同时其介电损耗tanδ可降低至0.020。该无铅压电陶瓷体系可采用传统陶瓷工艺和电子陶瓷公司在工业生产中使用原料来制备,其制备工艺性很好。
【Abstract】 A new group of ABO3-type lead-free piezoelectric ceramics,[Bi0.5(Na1-xAgx)0.5]1-yBayTiO3,were developed,and the corresponding invention patent was applied.In the new system,the A-site ions in Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 solid solution are partially substituted by silver ion and barium ion.This system provides a high piezoelectric performance: d33=168 pC/N,kp=0.31 when x=0.06,y=0.06.And the samples doped with moderate amount of manganese could increase the mechanical quality factor Qm and reduce the dielectric loss tan δ simultaneously.The ceramics were synthesized by the conventional ceramic sintering technique in the electronic factory and the preparing techniques are very stable and convenient.
