粉体制备对0-3型复合材料压电性能的影响
Influence of Powders Fabrication on Piezoelectricity of 0-3 Type Piezo-composite
【摘要】 以氧氯化锆、二氧化钛、醋酸铅为原料,用固相合成法制备出锆钛酸铅粉体。部分粉体经压片后烧结成陶瓷片,再经机械粉碎成粉;将两种粉体分别以一定比例与聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)进行复合,所得材料经极化后可得复合压电材料。材料的压电性能测试表明:使用直接合成的陶瓷粉体制备的复合材料的性能远优于用陶瓷片粉碎后所得的复合材料。
【Abstract】 ZrOCl2,TiO2,Pb(CH3COO)2 being used as raw material,PZT powders was fabricated through the solid phase synthesis.Some powders were pressed into discs and sintered ceramics.The discs were broken into powders again.The powders were compounded with poly-(vinylidene fluoride) in different concentration.The piezo-composites were obtained after poling those discs.The measurement of the piezoelectricity reveals that the property of the d33s accompanying direct powders were higher by far than that of broken ones.
