一种利用迭片结构构造的微型压电泵
A Piezoelectric Micro-pump Based on the Lamination
【摘要】 在压电晶片致动式压电泵工作原理的基础上,提出一种利用迭片结构构造而成的新结构微型压电泵,设计、制作了实验样机,具体外观尺寸:15 mm×1.8 mm,并对该泵的电压工作特性以及频率工作特性等方面进行了较为系统的实验研究和测试,测试得出:该泵工作性能稳定,在频率50~300 Hz区间工作能力较强,整机具有较高的体积功能比。该泵的设计结构及所用制作工艺对研发适于大量生产的实用微型泵是一个有益的尝试。
【Abstract】 Based on the working principle of the micro-pump actuated by the piezoelectric wafer,this paper introduces a new piezoelectric micro-pump based on the Lamination.In the laboratory we designed and manufactured prototype pump,the apparent dimension of pump: 15 mm×1.8 mm.Through a series of experiments and tests,many beneficial conclusions have been drawn: the micro-pump owns higher ratio of performance to volume.During 50~300 Hz,the micro-pump works well.The structure and manufacture processing is useful to the design and development of the applied piezoelectric micro-pump which is suitable for mass fabrication.
