【Abstract】 The hardware design of Automatic Test System(ATS) for airborne communication equipments is introduced,including how to determinate the hardware design project according to requirement specification,hardware design detailed contents,hardware design flow,and difficult and problem solving in hardware design.Now being in used,the ATS meets the need of test and diagnosis in airborne equipment complete overhaul,and maintenance efficiency has been increased greatly.更多还原
