【Abstract】 Marx’s Theory of Labour Value and the Theory of Utility Value are the most influential theories in the value theories,but,the two certainly cannot completely substitute opposite party,the reason lies in the two respectively has the stress,the achievements and the flaw.Marx’s Theory of Labour Value is the scientific value theory,but only has the beneficial achievement which the Theory of Utility Value discusses,then can scientifically make the comprehensive explanation to the value.更多还原
