【摘要】 本文运用DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)技术,建立了电子政务网站评估的DEA模型,并对全国28个省市的政府网站进行了详细的评估。该评估模型与目前常用的电子政务网站评估方法不同之处在于,不仅比较各网站的物理表征指标与服务内涵,还考虑到各省市的社会、经济发展基本指标。这样将电子政务的活动同其建设环境联系起来,更客观地评估人在电子政务中的能动作用,以及电子政府作为建设项目的投入产出效率。同时,利用DEA分析方法进行评价,还能向各网站提供如何改进网站的建设工作的指导信息,为有关部门对政府网站的评价和管理提供了一种新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,a DEA evaluation model of the official province websites is proposed.The model can not only give a grade to the performance of official website,but also provisdes the input-output efficiencies of the e-govenment for each province and the information guiding the website in their management.Therefore,this model can be also used for reference in e-government sectors.更多还原
