【Abstract】 The paper investigates the supply chain coordination contract between one manufacture and one retailer with uncertain delivery.We make the supply chain coordinate through adopting a penalty or reward strategy.The strategy can integrate the decentralized system.We also analyze the profit allocation,and derive the optimal decision for the retailer.更多还原
