【摘要】 目的检测A型人血清中的抗B和B型人血清中的抗A效价。方法用盐水介质凝集法检测153名经体检合格的健康成年人(18￣55岁)血清。结果IgM抗A效价均值为(23.8±18.0)2￣256、IgM抗B为(36.5±29.0)2￣256;IgM抗A男为(22.4±14.3),女为(24.3±18.8);IgM抗B,男为(29.8±20.3),女为(37.4±30.2)。结论健康成年人男女IgM抗A和IgM抗B效价均值差异无显著性;但总均值及女性IgM抗B均高于IgM抗A。两者效价范围均为2-256。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] Analyse the titra of serum IgM anti-A and anti-B of B and A group of the healthy adults [Methods] Using normal saline agglutinate method, analysed the sera of 153 healthy adults. (18~55y) [Result] In the healthy men, titra of IgM anti A mean were (22.4±14.3), women were (24.3±18.8); total (23.8±18.0); IgM anti B men were (29.8±20.3), women were (37.4±30.2), total (36.5±29.0).
