轴流式血泵驱动系统研究

【摘要】 目的针对“外磁驱动轴流式血泵”结构特点,避免有创控制带来的不利因素,最大限度的满足受体的生理需求,实现无传感器控制,设计基于心室功控制的血泵驱动系统。方法建立主动脉瞬时压力和流量模型,设计血泵电机驱动系统,并进行仿真和实验。结果基于心室功的控制模型可以根据个体生理差异进行适当修正,即可符合受体的需求,所设计的驱动系统能满足自然心脏的泵功能要求。结论采用基于心室功的控制策略,与其他控制策略相比,该驱动系统可以合理分配电机功率,避免系统温升,从而减小对血液破坏的可能性;避免有传感器带来的穿皮导线综合症。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The blood pump driven system with sensorless is designed based on ventricular work control for specific axial blood pump driven by extracorporeal alternating magnet field in order to against the invasive results as far as possible to meet the recipients’ physiological demands. [Methods] The models of pressure and flux in aorta are constructed, and the driving system for blood pump is designed. The model is simulated with computer and driving system is tested. [Results] The control model conveniently rectified based on the ventricular work will meet the recipient’s demand according with recipient’s physiological characters. The driving system will achieve natural heart function. [Conclusions] The probability of damage of blood caused by blood pump temperature lift may be decreased through reasonably supply motor power by proposed control approach compared with other control strategies. Consequently, the transcutaneous complication may be avoided with sensorless blood pump drives system.
