网络环境下高校图书馆参考咨询工作浅析
On the Work of College Libraries Reference and Consulation in the Context of Network
【摘要】 阐述了新时期高校图书馆参考咨询工作的特征,提出做好参考咨询工作的举措,强调提高参考咨询员素质的重要性。
【Abstract】 The essay sets forth the characteristics of reference and consulation in college libraries,puts forword some measures of doing this work well.and emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of the librarians.
