【Abstract】 Some distinct characteristics and functions of the social capital make it possible to hinder the realization of opportunity equality.The social capital results in the opportunity inequality of individual survival and development.The ascribed social capital has great influence on the individual during their youth period and that before.The information-non-reciprocity structure leads to opportunity inequality through the social capital.Individuals who have an abundant social capital have priority because of their superiority on acquiring information.The present emergency is to take forceful measures to eliminate those unreasonable factors that cause opportunity inequality as much as possible.更多还原
