基于ATmega8的变压器绕组温度测控系统
Transformer Windings Temperature Measurement & Control System Based on ATmega8
【摘要】 叙述了以ATmega8单片机为基础的变压器绕组温度测控系统,根据热模拟原理,分别由铂电阻和电流互感器采集两路信号,采用电路校正补偿和软件校正补偿相结合的方法,解决了铂电阻和不平衡电桥的非线性误差问题,从而提高了测温精度。充分利用了ATmega8的软硬件资源,通过单片机软件编程实现对冷却系统的及时启动,设计了一个全电子式的变压器绕组温度测量装置。
【Abstract】 A solution based on ATmega8 is introduced into the Transformer Windings Temperature Measurement & Control System,according to the measuring principle of "thermal simulation",the Pt100 and the current transformer is used in signal acquisition to correct nonlinear error,and it also increases the accuracy of measurement.The whole system makes full use of the hardware and the software of the ATmega8,it starts cooling system by soft programming,and a full–electronic temperature measurement equipment is designed.
