基于DSP的智能型电机综合保护器的设计
Design of Integrated Intelligent Motor Protector based on DSP
【摘要】 设计并实现了一种智能型电机综合保护器,介绍了基于DSP的硬件系统以及用C语言编写的软件系统。设计中采用数字方法建立电动机的发热模型,对电动机提供准确的过热保护,并具有接地保护、低压保护、断线监测等各种数字化保护监测功能。实验及现场使用结果表明,该电机保护器具有保护功能完善、运行可靠、操作方便的优点,并可基于Modbus@RTU协议进行远程联网,有着广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The study on the intelligent motor protector is presented.The DSP based hardware is designed and the software is written in C language.The protector provides accurate overheating protection using digital heating model.And it also has various digital protective function,such as grounding protection、low-voltage protection and broken-line monitoring.The experiment and fieldwork show that the protector has the advantage of abundant function、reliable running and easy operation.It also has extensive application future with Modbus@RTU interconnection.
