汽车用油压传感器的电磁兼容设计
Design of Electromagnetism Compatibility for Oil Pressure Sensor in Automobile
【摘要】 针对某型油压传感器所面临的电磁兼容问题提出了电磁兼容设计,应用该电磁兼容设计的油压传感器经上海计量测试研究院按照ISO11452-5进行电磁兼容性测试,测试结果符合压力传感器通用技术条件的整体误差要求,说明所提出的电磁兼容设计正确、有效。该电磁兼容设计对汽车上其它电子设备的电磁兼容性设计同样具有参考价值。
【Abstract】 For the electromagnetic compatibility problems of an oil pressure sensor,an EMC design-method is presented in this paper,the corresponding oil pressure sensor was tested according to ISO11452-5 vehicle component test methods in Shanghai Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology,and the test results met the requirements of global error for pressure sensor technology specification.It shows that the design-method is efficient and right.The method can also be used to other vehicle electronic devices for improving EMC performance.
