磁流体加速度传感器的研究与设计
Study and Design on Acceleration Sensor with Magnetic Fluid
【摘要】 介绍了加速度传感器的应用和磁流体的特性,给出一种磁流体加速度传感器的结构,分析了磁流体加速度传感器的原理,该加速度传感器以磁流体的粘性力作为粘性阻尼,不需要移动的机械装置,克服了普通传感器触点的磨损难题,可以提高传感器的使用寿命和抗过载能力。传感器中采用环形永磁铁,通过对两种充磁方式的永磁铁的磁场和磁场力分析,选取辐射状充磁的永磁铁。最后设计外围电路将输出结果通过LED显示。
【Abstract】 The application of acceleration sensor and the characteristic of magnetic fluid are introduced.Presents the structure of an acceleration sensor with magnetic fluid and analyses the principium of the sensor.The sensor’s damping is viscosity force of magnetic fluid which doesn’t need any mobile mechanical element.Magnetic fluid acceleration sensors have overcome the difficult problem of contact attrition among ordinary sensors,and they may enhance sensors’ service life and anti-overload capacity.An annular permanent magnet is used in the sensor.The annular permanent magnet can be magnetized by two kinds of way.Through comparing the ununiformity of the magnetic force the magnets magnetized by radial direction way are to be used.Finally a periphery circuit is designed to display the output result by LED.
