基于SPCE061A芯片的铝电解槽电流示波仪的设计
Design of Current Oscillograph of Aluminum Reduction Cells Based on SPCE061
【摘要】 在炼铝的过程中,铝电解槽的槽电压是一个重要参数,但是用它的波动幅值来监测电解质和铝液界面波动效果不是很好。文中根据铝电解槽中的单根阳极导杆电流波动与电解质和铝液界面波动间的关系,研制了以凌阳单片机SPCE061A为核心的电流示波仪,实时显示波形,迅速地判断铝液界面波动关系,能有效地维持铝电解槽的稳定工作。
【Abstract】 In the course of production,the voltages between Aluminum reduction cells were not appropriate parameters to observe oscillations in aluminum reduction cells.The purpose is to show a current oscillograph that can determine the anodic current fluctuation.These current fluctuations were analyzed to decide the working states of aluminum reduction cells.The important part of this current oscillograph is a single chip micro-controller,SPCE061A.
