基于DDS的可调精度真空计
Adjustable-precision Cavity Vacuum Gauge Based on DDS
【摘要】 针对传统真空计存在的精度低、测量范围窄、控制电路复杂、应用环境有限等问题,提出了一种新型的基于DDS技术的查表式数据采集腔体内置式真空测量计的设计方案。介绍了该方法所采用的新颖查表式数据采集方法、DDS频率激励技术和标准的零相位Л网络最大传输法。并阐述了几大模块的软硬件具体实现方法。该方案已经成功应用于半导体激光器的封装及真空度跟踪测试中。
【Abstract】 Introduces the design scheme of a late-model multi-function built-in cavity vacuum gauge,which is based on DDS and table look-up data acquisition technique.It successfully solves the problems of traditional vacuum gauge just like the measure range is too scanty,the precision is too low,the control circuit is too complicated and the application condition is limited etc.It introduces the original table look-up data acquisition technique,the DDS frequency inspire technique and the standard plan of zero phase Л-network the maximal transferring in detail.It also expounds the concretely realize ways of software and hardware of several modules in the system.
