基于模糊推理的高压气密性检测仪的设计
Design of Air-leakage Detector under High-pressure Based on Fuzzy Reasoning
【摘要】 文中介绍了利用微差压原理,采用单片机进行控制,用于密封器件检测的气密性检测仪。针对大体积高压气密性检测系统易受外界因素的影响,难以建立精确的数学模型,提出基于模糊推理的温度补偿策略。实验结果表明,采用该补偿策略后的检漏仪稳定、可靠、精度高。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the air-leakage detector to sealing devices is introduced,which controlled by microchip system,used micro differential pressure principle.Due to the fact that detecting system under high-pressure and big-cubage is liable to be influenced by outside factors,a precise mathematics model is difficult to create,therefore a temperature compensation arithmetic on the basis of fuzzy reasoning is introduced.According to the results of the experiments,the detector with this compensation arithmetic is stable,reliable and more precise.
