电压对纯钛微弧氧化膜生长特性的影响

【摘要】 在Na2CO3Na2SiO3溶液中,利用单极性脉冲微弧氧化电源在TA2基底上制备了二氧化钛氧化膜.研究了微弧氧化电压对氧化膜生长速率、相组成及表面形貌的影响.结果表明:随着电压的升高,氧化膜的生长速率先增加后减小,表面粗糙度和微孔尺寸逐渐增大,而微孔密度逐渐减小.膜层主要由锐钛矿和金红石相TiO2组成,随着电压的增加,膜层中锐钛矿相TiO2先增加后减少,而金红石相TiO2则逐渐增加并成为主晶相.

【Abstract】 Microarc oxidation coatings were prepared on pure titanium substrates in a Na2CO3 and Na2SiO3 electrolytic solution by Microarc oxidation with the voltage in the range of 350~600?V,and the effects of voltage on growth kinetics,surface morphology and phase composition of coatings were studied.The result shows that the coating growth rate is dependent on the voltage.With the voltage increasing,the coating growing rate increases gradually at first,and then decreases.With the voltage increasing,the roughness and (micropore) size of the coating surface increase gradually,and the pore density decreases little by little.The coatings mainly consist of rutile phase and anatase phase.The content of rutile increses with the voltage,while the content of anatase decreases.
