不同来源的花生壳总黄酮含量测定研究

【摘要】 目的考察不同来源的花生壳中总黄酮含量的差异。方法以70%乙醇75℃提取2次,提取液浓缩干燥,通过在510 nm测定吸光度的方法测定总黄酮的含量。结果不同来源的花生壳总黄酮含量有明显差异,本文研究5个不同产区的花生壳总黄酮含量在10.12~17.57 mg.g-1之间;不同成熟度的花生壳总黄酮含量在4.76~13.24 mg.g-1之间;生熟不同的花生壳总黄酮含量在17.05~6.91 mg.g-1之间。结论山东产区、成熟度高的及未经炒制的生花生壳,其总黄酮含量较高,提示作药用时应注意选择。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the total flavonoids content of peanut hulls of different sources.Method To extract the total flavonoids of peanut hulls twice with 70% ethanol at 75℃,then analyze their contents by determining the absorbances at 510 nm respectively.Results The total flavonoids contents of peanut hulls of varied source and maturity were significantly different.The content ranges of peanut hulls of different source,maturity and cooking were 10.12~17.57 mg·g-1,4.76~13.24 mg·g1 and 6.91~17.05 mg·g-1,respectively.Conclusion Those peanut hulls contain more total flavonoids from Shandong province,higher maturity and raw.This suggests that attention should be paid to the choice of peanut hulls as medicine materials.
