【摘要】 目的建立芪蓣降糖丸中葛根素含量。方法用甲醇超声波提取,采用RP-HPLC,以Hypersil C18(BDS)为色谱柱(250×id4.6mm),以甲醇-水(22∶78)为流动相,检测波长为250nm。结果回收率为102.7%,RSD为1.2%(n=5)。结论本法样品前处理简便,选择性强,灵敏度高,重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine puerarin in Qiyu Jiangtang was. Method The samples were extracted with methanol. The RP-HPLC was conducted with a Hypersil-BDS C_ 18 (250 mm×4.6 mm) column, and methanol-water(22∶78) as mobile phase, 250 nm as detection wavelength. Result The recovery of puerarin was 102.7%, corresponding RSD was 1.2(n=5). Conclusion This method is sensitive, selectivie and easy for determination of Puerarin.更多还原
