烟酰水杨酸抗心肌缺血家兔氧自由基和脂质过氧化作用
Anti-oxygen free radicals and anti-lipoperoxidation of nicotinylsalicylic acid to myocardial ischemic rabbit
【摘要】 目的研究烟酰水杨酸(nicotinylsalicylicacid,NSA)对家兔缺血/再灌注心肌的保护作用。方法用栓线法结扎家兔冠状动脉左室支造成家兔心肌缺血/再灌注损伤,观察分别预防性给予NSA150mg.kg-1.d-12、3、4wk对缺血/再灌注家兔血浆丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。结果NSA预防性给药可降低心肌缺血再灌注家兔血浆MDA生成量,提高SOD活力,具有明显的抗氧化性。结论NSA对缺血/再灌损伤家兔心肌具有保护作用,此作用可能与抑制心肌脂质过氧化、增强抗氧化能力有关。
【Abstract】 Aim To study the protective effect of nicotinylsalicylic acid (NSA) on myocardial ischemical and reperfusion (I/R) injury in the rabbit heart. Methods The model of ischemical and reperfusion injury was set up by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery. Rabbits were prophylactic treated with NSA for 2, 3 or 4 weeks, and then the content of MDA and the activity of SOD in serum were determined. Results NSA decreased the content of MDA and increased the activity of SOD in serum. Conclusion NSA may obviously prevent the rabbit I/R injury that may be related to its anti-lipoperoxidation property.
