【摘要】 目的探讨半夏多糖抗肿瘤作用及机制。方法观察半夏多糖对小鼠肉瘤(S180),小鼠肝癌(H22),小鼠艾氏腹水瘤(EAC)的抑瘤作用;分别采用核染色(Hoechst染色)、MTT法、细胞计数法、DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳图谱观察半夏多糖对人神经母瘤细胞(SH-SY5Y)、鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞(PC12)细胞凋亡及对PC12细胞生长和增殖的影响。结果半夏多糖对S180、H22、EAC有抑制作用(P<0.05);半夏多糖可诱导SH-SY5Y、PC12细胞凋亡、对PC12有抑制生长及增殖作用(P<0.01)。结论半夏多糖具有抗肿瘤作用,其机制与抑制PC12生长及增殖,诱导SH-SY5Y、PC12细胞凋亡有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To study the anti-tumor effect and its mechanism of pinellia tuber polysaccharides(PTP).Methods The anti-tumor effect of PTP was studied on mice sarcoma S180,hepatoma H22 and Ehrlich Ascites Cancer(EAC).The effect on cell proliferation of human neuroblastoma(SH-SY5Y) and mice adrenal pheochromocyte(PC12) was analized by Hoechst staining method,MTT method,cell counting method and DNA agarose gel electrophoresis map of PTP.Results Pinellia ternata(Thunb.) Breit.Polysaccharide inhibited the growth of S180,H22 and EAC,induced cell apoptosis of SH-SY5Y and PC12,inhibited the proliferation of PC12 as well(P<0.01).Conclusion PTP shows anti-tumor effect and the mechanism may be related to the growth inhibition of PC12 and inducting apoptosis of SH-SY5Y and PC12.更多还原
