【摘要】 目的评价国产多西紫杉醇治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和安全性。方法艾素75 mg/m2+顺铂75mg/m2,每3周重复。观察疗效及不良反应。结果32例评价疗效,有效率为25.0%。不良反应主要有骨髓抑制、粒细胞减少性发热、脱发、消化道反应和乏力。结论国产多西紫杉醇(艾素)对非小细胞肺癌有一定疗效,且毒性可耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of domestic docetaxel plus cisplatin regimen in patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The 32 patients with NSCLC were given docetaxel(AISU) 75 mg/m~2 plus cisplatin 75mg/m~2 every 3 weeks and the efficacy was evalusted.Results The overall response rate was 25.0%.The major toxicities were myelosuppression,febrile neutropenia,alopecia,digestive tract reactions and fatigue.Conclusion Docetaxel(AISU) plus cisplatin regimen is an effective and well-tolerated treatment in patients with NSCLC.The results obtained are comparable to those produced by using the imported AISU preparation.更多还原
