3,4-二羟基苯甲醛合成工艺的改进
Improved Synthesis Process of 3,4-Dihydroxybenzaldehyde
【摘要】 研究了香兰素脱甲基合成3,4-二羟基苯甲醛的反应,确定了反应的最优条件为:三氯化铝、吡啶、二氯甲烷与香兰素的物质的量之比为1.4∶3.2∶4.6∶1,常压回流状态下得到产品纯度为99.8%,收率为96.0%,并对反应机理运用硬软酸碱理论(HSAB)进行了解释.
【Abstract】 3,4-Dihydroxybenzaldehyde was prepared from vanillin by demethylation.Optimum reaction conditions were found out.Molar ratio of catalyst anhydrous aluminum chloride,pyridine and methylene chloride to vanillin is 1.4∶3.2∶4.6∶1.At refluxing temperature at one atmosphere pressure,the yield was up to 96.0% and the purity was 99.8%.The reaction is analyzed according to the theory of hard-soft-acid-base.
