固相合成α,β-不饱和酮
Solid Phase Synthesis of α,β-unsaturated Ketones
【摘要】 将芳香醛、2,3-二氢-1-茚酮(3,4-二氢-1(2H)-萘酮)和固态氢氧化钠于研钵中,室温研磨3~5 min,高产率得到缩合产物α,β-不饱和酮,该法反应条件温和、操作简便、收率高.
【Abstract】 α,β-unsaturated ketones were obtained in hig h yields by grinding a mixture of aromatic aldehyde,2,3-dihydroinden-1-one (3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one) and NaOH at room temperature.It is a simple and efficient method to synthesize these compounds.
