【摘要】 教师实践知识形成于教育教学活动中,其完善与发展同教师建构课程的过程具有一致性。教师实践知识是教师在教学中实际运用的知识,它影响课程的诸多要素,比如教师对课程的价值判断、目标定位、内容组织、课程组织方式方法的选择以及课程运行的进程与结果。因此,教师实践知识影响教师对课程的整体建构,它是教师进行教育教学活动的重要资源,是教师解构不合理的课程因素,重新组织课程资源,进而不断生成新课程的知识基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teacher’s practical knowledge is formed in the action of teaching,and it is advanced with the process of teacher’s construction to curriculums.By analysising the meaning of teacher’s practical knowledge,this article points that teacher’s practical knowledge is the actual knowledge in the teaching,teacher’s practical knowledge will affect many factors in teaching,such as teacher’s judgement to the value of curriculum,the target of curriculum,the method of teacher’s organization to the curriculum,and the result of curriculum.Thus,through this article we argue that teacher’s practical knowledge affect the whole process of the teacher’s construction to the curriculum.And teacher’s practical knowledge is the important resource in teaching,it is the basement for the teacher to deconstruct unreasonable curriculum and to reconstruct the new curriculum.更多还原
