【摘要】 中部地区是我国主要的农业生产基地,在中央提出的“中部崛起”战略的情况下,该地区面临着一个很好的发展机遇,然而农村劳动力数量大,“三农”问题突出却严重制约着发展。本文从农村劳动力转移的角度出发,针对中部六省的农村劳动力转移现状,提出了转移过程中政府的作用、对当地的影响、如何转移、如何培训等四个重要问题,并提出了相应的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the strategy of the central region growing up provided by our government, the central region meets the enormous developing challenge. Although the central region is our main agricultural production base, the problem of peasants has restricted the development. From the point of country’s workforce shifting, this paper uses amounts of data to explain the four important problems that the roles of government,the influences to local region,how to transfer and how to train.
