【Abstract】 In accordance with the demand state of the human resources to the social development and the reality of the development of education in Tibet,the essay does an objective analysis of the current situation of education in Tibet,and points out the shortcomings existing in the educational mechanism.A series of new ideas and measures are put forth to promote the innovation of mechanism.The innovation means to improve education in Tibet,and remove the obstacles in the system to train innovative talents.In doing so can provide personnel support for the truly realization of transforming educational resources to productive forces and the achievement of sustainable development of Tibet.更多还原
