茅莓水提取物对大鼠局灶性脑缺血-再灌注的保护作用

【摘要】 目的:研究茅莓水提取物对局灶性脑缺血-再灌注的保护作用。方法:采用大脑中动脉线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血/再灌注模型;以HE染色观察神经元形态病理改变,用氯化三苯四氮唑(TTC)染色法测定脑梗死范围,采用测试药盒测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:茅莓水提取物1,2 mL·kg-1可明显减轻神经元形态病理改变,改善大鼠异常神经症状,使脑缺血-再灌注大鼠缺血区脑组织的SOD,GSH-Px活力提高,MDA含量减少。结论:茅莓水提取物对脑梗死有保护作用,其作用机制可能与抗自由基有关。

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the protective effects of aqueous extract of Rubus parviflolius on middle cerebral artery occlusion and reperfusion injury in rats. METHODS: The animal models of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MACO) were established with nylon threads in rats. The pathologic changes were observered by HE staining. The infraction area was measured by 2, 3, 5-triphenyltetazoliumchloride (TTC) staining. The activity of SOD, GSH-Px and the contents of MDA were tested. RESULTS: In the group of aqueous extract of Rubus parviflolius (1, 2 mL·kg-1), the pathologic changes of neuron and abnormal symptom were slightly, the activity of SOD and GSH-Px increased remarkably, and the contents of MDA decreased significantly. CONCLUSION: The aqueous extract of Rubus parviflolius has the protective effects against cerebral infarction and the mechanism may be related to the anti-free radical activities.
