【摘要】 目的：观察拉莫三嗪与丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗双相障碍躁狂发作的疗效和安全性。方法：符合CCMD- 3的74例双相障碍躁狂病人分为治疗组和对照纽各37例,治疗组给予拉莫三嗪片25 mg·d^-1,逐渐加至100～200 mg·d^-1,分2次,po,8 wk；对照组给予丙戊酸镁缓释片0．25 g·d^-1,逐渐加至0．75～1．0 g·d^-1,分2次,po,8 wk。采用躁狂量表（BRMS）、临床疗效总量表（CGI）评定临床疗效,不良反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果：治疗组总有效率为75%,对照组为80%,2组疗效差异无显著意义（P＞0．05）。治疗组常见不良反应是头痛、乏力,对照组常见不良反应是恶心、困倦,2组不良反应发生率无显著差异（P＞0．05）。结论：拉莫三嗪、丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗双相障碍躁狂发作均有效、安全、耐受性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the effect and safety of lamotrigine and magnesium valproate sustained release tablet（SR）in the treatment of patients with maniacal phase of bipolar disorder manic episode.METHODS: Seventy-four patients with CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria for bipolar disorder manic episode were divided into two equal number groups,the treatment group and the control group.Treatment group was given lamotrigine 25 mg·d^-1 at twice,po,increasing gradually to 100-200 mg.d^-1at twice,po.Control group was given SR 0.25 g·d^-1,in- creasing gradually to 0.75-1.0 g·d^-1 at twice,po.The course of treatment for both groups lasted 8 wk.The clini- cal therapeutic effectiveness was assessed with the Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Scale（BRMS）and the Clinical Global Impression（CGI）,while adverse reactions were appraised with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS）. RESULTS:The overall effective rates in treatment group and control group were 75% and 80% respectively, with no signifcant difference（P＞0.05）.The main adverse reactions in treatment group included headache and debilitation and those in control group included nausea and drowsiness,showed no significant difference（P＞0.05）.CONCLUSION:Lamotrigine and SR both are effective,tolerable,and safe in the treatment of patients with bipolar disorder manic episode.更多还原
