【摘要】 目的：分析国内外文献资料中吲达帕胺不良反应报告的情况,了解吲达帕胺不良反应的发生规律。方法：国内1994～2005年初的吲达帕胺药物不良反应报告通过检索《中国期刊全文数据库》获得,国外1984～2005年初的吲达帕胺药物不良反应报告通过检索EBSCO数据库(仅限于MEDLINE和Academic Source Premier)获得。结果：国内文献资料中共检索到49例吲达帕胺药物不良反应,最多见的是电解质紊乱和过敏反应；国外文献资料中共检索到245例吲达帕胺药物不良反应,最多见的是电解质紊乱和皮肤损害。结论：电解质紊乱中的低钾血症是国内外吲达帕胺药物不良反应文献报道的病例中共有的最常见的不良反应,与作用机制、老年用药、长期使用及用药剂量有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To analyze the adverse drug reactions(ADR)of indapamide mentioned in domestic and international medical literatures and to explore the rule of ADR induced by indapamide.METHODS:The pa- tients with ADR induced by indapamide in China from 1994 to the beginning of 2005 were collected from China Journal Full Data(CJFD)and the foreign data from 1984 to the beginning of 2005 were obtained from the database of EBSCO(restricted to the databases of MEDLINE and Academic Source Premier).RESULTS:Forty- nine patients with ADR induced by indapamide in China showed that the most common ADR were electrolyte distur- bances and hypersensitivity;while 245 patients showed that the most common ADR were electrolyte disturbances and damage of skin in foreign literatures.CONCLUSION:In electrolyte disturbances,hypokalaemia is the most common ADR of indapamide,which relates to the drug mechanism of action,elderly patients,long-term use,and dose-dependent.更多还原
