【摘要】 目的探讨尿激酶对提高包裹性脓胸介入治疗效果的应用价值。方法26例包裹性脓胸患者脓腔穿刺置管尿激酶灌注保留冲洗引流,2~3次/周,最长3周。结果26例治疗后体温均降至正常。CT或B超显示23例脓腔完全关闭,3例脓腔分隔明显减少,引流液减少,无明显并发症。结论尿激酶在包裹性脓胸介入治疗中的应用安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the value of intrapleural urokinase(UK) in enhancing drainage of loculate empyema.Methods:26 cases with loculate empyema were treated with percutaneous catheter drainage and intrapleural instillation of urokinase (UK). UK solution was injected 1～3times per week according to the patients’ conditions.Results:Afer treatment within 3 weeks, 26 cases had their temperature down to normal. CT and US shown that it was successful resolved in 23 cases, and fibromembrane decreased significantly and drainage volume was sharply down. Conclusion:Intrapleural UK instillation is a safe, effective method in treatment of loculate empyema.更多还原
