【摘要】 目的:探讨CT检查对颌骨肿瘤性病变的诊断价值。方法:回顾性研究28例经手术和病理证实的颌骨肿瘤的临床及CT资料,分析各种病变的影像特点。结果:28例患者中,含牙囊肿10例,造釉细胞瘤8例,骨纤维异常增殖症5例,骨肉瘤3例,鳞癌2例。良性病变多表现为颌骨膨胀性改变,病灶密度不均,边缘光整,类圆形或分叶状;恶性者常有骨质破坏改变及邻近软组织肿胀。结论:CT能够明确肿瘤范围、骨质改变,对疾病的定性诊断及鉴别诊断有一定价值,有助于临床治疗方案的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the value of CT examination in the diagnosis of neoplastic lesions of jawbones.Methods:Clinical and CT data of 28 cases of neoplastic lesions of jawbones proved pathologically and surgically were investigated retrospectively.The characteristic manifestations of CT were analyzed.Results:Of 28 cases,odontogenic origin cyst(n=10),ameloblastoma(n=8),fibrous dysplasia of bone(n=5),osteosarcoma(n=3),squamous cell carcimoma(n=2).Benign tumors appeared bone expansion and well borderline.Bony destruction was always seen in malignant tumors with adjacent soft tissue mass.Conclusion:CT examination is useful in differentiating tumor extent and bony changes,which is also helpful for the definite diagnosis,differential diagnosis and choice of clinical treatment.更多还原
